This policy applies to orders from MyPlunge, operated by Australian Pool Distributors Pty Ltd.
Where we deliver
We deliver spare parts and accessories Australia-wide. Pools, pool packages, tubs and large equipment are delivered to Southern Queensland, NSW, VIC and SA. For WA, North Queensland, NT and Tasmania, please contact us before ordering so we can work out the best option.
Shipping costs
For spare parts and accessories, shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and the full cost is shown before you pay.
Large items such as pool shells and pool packages are excluded from standard delivery. Prices for these items exclude delivery and handling - freight is quoted separately based on your delivery address and site. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the full delivered price before your order is finalised.
How long it takes
- In-stock parts and accessories: we dispatch as soon as we can and send tracking details when your order ships.
