Warranty
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For services we supply, such as liner installation: our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Who we are
Australian Pool Distributors Pty Ltd (ABN 71 694 982 628), trading as MyPlunge, 327 White Rd, Wonthaggi VIC 3995. Phone 1300 854 599, email hello@myplunge.com.au.
Manufacturer warranties
Everything we sell, from pool shells and packages to equipment, spare parts and accessories, is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, not by MyPlunge. Each manufacturer carries the warranty for its own products, including Outback Plunge Pools (Outback Classic and Outback Lite), Polyworld and Designer Plunge Pools, and MyPlunge is not liable for any of them.
Warranty periods, terms and the claims process are set by each manufacturer and vary between brands and products. If you need the warranty details for a specific product, contact us and we will point you to the right document.
Outback pool owners
Warranty registration and claims for Outback pools are handled by Outback Plunge Pools. Register or start a claim on the Outback warranty page at outback.com.au/pages/warranty.
How we can help
If something goes wrong with a product you bought from us, contact us first. We will help you work out whether it is a manufacturer warranty claim and where to lodge it. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top of any manufacturer's warranty.
